KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA - Media OutReach Newswire - 3 August 2026 - Chubb today announced the appointment of Gurudutt Joglekar as Country President of Chubb Insurance Malaysia Berhad (Chubb Malaysia), reinforcing the company's commitment to driving growth across its Malaysian consumer and commercial insurance businesses.

Throughout a career spanning more than 20 years across Malaysia, Hong Kong and India, Joglekar has developed deep technical underwriting expertise in Motor and Commercial Property & Casualty insurance, while driving transformation across organisations. He joined Chubb as Deputy Country President in June 2026 and assumes the Country President role, effective immediately.

In his new position, Joglekar will lead Chubb Malaysia's general insurance business - spanning Personal Lines, Accident & Health and Commercial Property & Casualty - and report to Marcos Gunn, Regional President, Asia Pacific.
